Ingredients
  • Ingredient Title -
    • Chocolate - 150 grams, dark
    • Butter - 125 grams
    • Wheat flour - 250 grams
    • Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
    • Salt - a pinch
    • Sugar - 100 grams
    • Eggs - 2, big
    • Cherries - 24, pits removed

 Method

  • Clean, wash and soak the rice in double the quantity of water for half an hour in a vessel.
  • Soak nutri nuggets in water for 15 minutes and drain off the water.
  • Slice onions thinly, cut carrots into sticks, string beans and cut into pieces. Saute them, golden brown.
  • Add bay leaf and soy nuggets, and sauté for few minutes more.
  • Soak saffron in a little water.
  •  Add butter in Cooker; add bay leaf and the sautéed vegetables and bay leaf along with soy nuggets.
  • Let Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Drain the rice and add to the vegetables and .heat or 2-3 minutes. Add saffron.
  • Add the water in which rice has been soaked- (doable the rice) and salt in the Cooker.
  • Cook covered till the rice is done and the Water dries up:
  • Serve hot with curd or raita.
