Colourful Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  • What You Need -
    • Pasta - 2 Bowls, Boiled
    • Chopped Green Capsicum - 1 Bowl
    • Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper - 1 Bowl
    • Chopped Red Bell Pepper - 1 Bowl
    • Cherry Tomato - 10-12, 1/2 Bowl
    • Roasted Almonds- 10-12
    • Vinaigrette Dressing- 2 tbsp
  • Vinaigrette Dressing -
    • Olive Oil - 3 tbsp
    • White Vinegar - 4 tbsp
    • Fresh Ground Black Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
    • Salt - According to Taste
    • Crushed Garlic - 2 Pods

Method :


1. Steam pasta till cooked in the Multi Cook with a dash of olive oil. Drain off water.
2. Cut green, yellow and red peppers in to 1″ chunks.
3. Slice cherry tomatoes in half.
4. Cut olives into rings.
5. Mix all the ingredients and chill. Add the dressing just before serving and mix well in the Preludio Bowl.

Vinaigrette Dressing- 


Method :


1. Place all the ingredients for the dressing in the Quick Shake and shake vigorously to mix.
2. Store in closed container.
