Heat the Cooking Oil in a Kadhai. When the oil is hot put off the burners.
Add Chili Powder, Green chilies, Salt & add the peas to it.
Put on the burners. Cover the Kadhai & let the Peas cook till tender.
Crush the Potatoes into lumps and add them to the Kadhai.
Add Aamchur & Samosa Masala add sauté well. Keep the mix ready as Filling.
Take the dough and divide it into small portions.
Roll out a longish, oval shaped puri. Lift the Puri and form a triangular hollow cone.
Fill the hollow with the “Filling” and seal the edges.
Deep fry these Samosas till well done.
Serve hot with some sweet Tamarind Chutney & Mint Chutney.
For Outer Ingredients:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl & make stiff dough. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
For Samosa Masala:
Grind together & store separately for use.
