Lentil Tomato Soup

  • What You Will Need -
    • Lentils - 2 tbsp, washed
    • Onion - 1 Small, Chopped
    • Tomato - 2 tbsp
    • Carrot - 1
    • Salt and Pepper - According to Taste
    • Cinnamon and Bay Leaf - According to Taste
    • Water- 2 and 1/2 Bowls
    • Butter - 1/2 tbsp


1. Wash lentil and all the vegetables in Handy Strainer.
2. Keep aside a few pieces of carrots for garnishing.
3. Add lentils, tomatoes, carrots, onions, salt, cinnamon, bayleaf and water in a Multicook and precook in the microwave for  7-8mins.
4. Strain and serve hot garnished with diced carrots and pepper. Add a little butter, if desired.

Note :

Serve, heat or carry in a Crystalwave Mug.
