1. Soak rice and daal separately for 3/4 hours.
2. Later, grind till a smooth paste is formed.
3. Crush peppercorns and add it in till you get the desired taste.
4. Now, fine chop ginger, curry leaves, green chili. Add salt as per taste.\
5. Add grated coconut.
6. Mix all the ingredients well.
7. On the other hand, heat some oil in a pan.
8. Once heated, take a ladle full of the mixture and put it in the oil.
9. Remove it when it turns golden brown like a Poori.
Serve with Chutney.
